OSU! And welcome to the Toshindo Blogs. We have decided to add a blog engine to the dojo's website. The main blog will be used for general news from the school and for other important announcements. Other blogs from Senseis or senior students may be added later. Like all blogs, these will be personal but somewhat focused on topics related to the dojo (martial arts, health, fitness, weight loss, training, etc.). They could become a great tool to stay motivated or even to create an online journal of fitness related activities and ideas.
